Strategic logistics bases are mainly responsible for strategic logistics support; campaign logistics bases are mainly responsible for supporting and supporting the war zone or the main campaign direction, and they also undertake regional support tasks in peacetime. The deployment of logistics bases is mainly determined according to strategic and campaign tasks. Its basic requirements are: combining with the layout of national economic construction to facilitate the formation of continuous support capabilities; having good transportation conditions and human and material resources to facilitate the organization of support; having good terrain conditions to facilitate the construction of engineering facilities and the organization of defense.
